Putting myself in the spotlight

Okay, so maybe I don't have to put myself in the spotlight but we certainly have been recieving a lot more exposure, as far as my religion goes. I have never been shy on sharing and I know that my Dad was big on combatting all the negativity and hate that other religions practice against ours. I suppose, I never will fully understand the nature of the hate. Our religion was allowed to be replaced on the Earth after thousands of years of darkness, because of the religious freedom our country affords us.
I have been seeing a shift in the politically correct world, while I watch the presidential candidates react to the potential of having a religious man/ woman in the White House. I think that each candidates reaction's are important to analyze, as they reflect the true character of the individual.
Perhaps over the next year or so we will see a debate like no other. Perhaps we sill see the true context of the intention of the words separation of church and state be reinstated. Moral values are linked directly to the individual's spirituality and beliefs. Remove what one stands for and you have a hollow shell that blows every which way with the direction of the wind. Strength is what we need in the White House.
Now, while I have not endorsed any particular candidate here, I think that it is clear that I am on the side of any individual with strong convictions and solid family and moral values. - The previously posted entries here reflect that.
So, until the time of choosing the best candidate for the job is at hand, I will carefully study out the candidates and then fast and pray to the Lord our God for confirmation.
