Lost...in Spring Madness?

THIS POST WAS INTENDED TO BE POSTED IN EARLY APRIL. SORRY FOLKS!

My little darlings in CTR 7 at church. They were all flashing me their toothless smiles.

Clarissa, Celia, Jacob, and Cedric. (Celia and Cedric are twins and the bishop's youngest.)

I've noticed that my posts titles often end in question marks. Perhaps, I'll actually quit asking questions and start answering them.

Anyhow, I have been lost in the March madness and here we are looking at spring full force! The local weather people are still so astonished that we have had a near record of 21 days cooler than the average spring. The rain is no surprise however.

Here are Noodle and Pixie enjoying our spring dusting of snow!

Work has been interesting with the swirling whirlwind called Spring Break that is rather known as an exhausting two and a half weeks of overworked and under appreciated airport workers just being one of the vehicles ('er, obstacles) to every ones vacation. Of course we order the oversold flights and turbulent weather and specially hand pick which airplanes will be struck by lightning on the same day and delay everyone a couple of hours.
Add to this new trainees who are still just trying to "get it" and keeping from being mandatory assigned Easter as overtime!

As a side note about work, the person who I spoke of in the previous post has determined that I'm not at all evil, albeit I think there is a little intervening angel who is smoothing the path to a healthier work relationship. He is being rather pleasant lately. Or maybe I did something to change. None the less, I am grateful for it.

In the mean time, I have been nominated to head the work groups spirit team committee. Every little idea seems to run across my approval, even when I assign the project to another capable person. I suppose this should reflect as a good sign and I should go with it.

Now to speak about the room swapping project and spring cleaning. We have gotten rid of a whole huge black bag of clothes that simply are not the right size or really needed to make an exit anyway. The bedrooms are slowly coming back together and a little something that landed in the budget has gone to replace the girls mattresses.

School is creeping (speeding really) along but, with just trying to keep up with the daily demands of dishes, dinner, homework, and spring cleaning, yard work and so forth, I surely know that my classes are not receiving my full attention.

I will soon post some pictures and if I can figure it out video of the cutest little future financial genius on the planet. Roadrunner of course, is the character behind this story.
When we go to the bank, he goes in gets his sucker, sits in the big fluffy chair and reads the Wall Street Journal! The ladies at the bank just think its super cute! When they see me they ask me where he is and of course you can find him ignoring the other kids, the big screen t.v. and the toys or kids books available, all in option for the prime stories in the front section of the paper!

I don't think anyone would truly believe me without video so I will try to video it on our next trip to the bank.

I tried to post a video I made, shot on General Conference Saturday at mom's house. Roadrunner was entertaining Anjali (Jake and Lisa's Daughter) and then imitating Uncle Jake. Now that I've re-watched the video I think I will need to go back and review the last two talks in the Saturday afternoon session.

I found conference to be uplifting and edifying. The girls had fun filling out the packets that Aunt Melinda had sent us a link to. I think they got more out of this conference than previous ones. There was definitely a lot of discussion on the color of each their ties. (As they had to color a replica of each speaker's ties.)

Bookworm temporarily heeded the counsel of one of the apostles by doing as he suggested. Help clean up without being asked. I may need to write him and ask him to call now and again to see what progress she's making. LOL

So here's to another long post. Maybe one day I'll post messages of short and sweet. Maybe not.
